TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Unless otherwise agreed at booking, and confirmed in writing by us, the accommodation known as 3 Upper Nash is let on the following Terms and Conditions. 

Weekly Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. The accommodation is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure.

Provisional bookings must be confirmed by the receipt of a non-refundable Deposit of at least 50% of the total Booking Fee, within seven days of booking.

The remaining Balance is due not later than six weeks prior to the start date of the Booking. If a Booking is made within six weeks of the start of a reservation date, the whole of the Booking Fee is due within seven days. The accommodation is let as a Double Bedroom, a Twin Bedroom and a Children’s Bunk Room.

A maximum of six persons only can be accepted for any booking period, of which a maximum of four can be adults.

There can be no sub-letting allowed, and all occupants must be listed on the Booking Form. 

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to retain the non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Total Booking Fee due, if you cancel a Confirmed Booking between a period six weeks prior to the due start date of the Booking, and four weeks prior to the due start date of the Booking.

If you cancel a booking within four weeks of the Due Start Date, we reserve the right to retain the full Booking Fee Due, though if we are able to re-let the cancelled period, we will return all monies paid except for the non-refundable 50% Deposit.

If you make a Booking, then cancel it, within the six week period prior to the Due Start Date, we reserve the right to retain the full fee paid if we are not able to re-let the property. If we are able to re-let the property for the cancelled period, then we will return all monies paid except for the non-refundable 50% Deposit.
